My Story

Although I absolutely loved my career I found myself in burn out & immersed in the symptoms of Peri Menopause...

Like many Entrepreneurs I worked 7 days a week and found little time for me, it was when I started noticing uninvited changes to my body that I sought out fitness, nutrition and it transformed my life. I have never felt better, I had a new outlook, optimism and zest for life. I was obsessed with fitness, nutrition and living a healthy lifestyle. So much so that I made it my mission to share this with as many women as possible. Health is both wealth and the key to longevity, especially in this transitional stage of life. 

I sold my previous business, became certified in fitness to train women in and around my age group to prove if I can do it you can too! I soon realized that many of my clients had aches and pains, a mindset that they couldn’t do this or that due to aging,  lack of agility, energy,  motivation or malaise as well as sedentary careers, they suffered with migraines, you name it there was alot of pull back. I heard the phrase, you know that I am 50 right? too often, that I had to get to the bottom of it, so I decided  to become certified in both transformational nutrition and… as a hormone coach! Who knew???….there are over 100 symptoms, that can affect you physically, mentally and emotionally.  All that I knew about Menopause was that genetically I was in the clear since my mother didn’t really suffer…. however due to lifestyle (all the toxins, lack of nutrition , little sleep, living on adrenaline , missing all the socials) that I have , my clients have, once realized , we are Gen xers, we arent going to stand for it  and  are here to change the narrative so that women in the generations behind us will be aware, enlightened and informed.
